Not as a slogan — as the business model. If you do this work well and you're tired of being treated as interchangeable, start here. The form below takes about five minutes and puts you in front of a real person, not a resume pile.

  • You're a W-2 employee. Not a 1099 contractor. Workers' comp, taxes withheld properly, and liability coverage while you work.
  • Steady clients. We match thoughtfully and keep you with the same families, so you learn a person and they learn you.
  • A nurse behind you. Reachable day, night, and weekend. You are never alone with a decision you shouldn't have to make by yourself.
  • Trained, and paid for it. Training time is paid. Need the 40-hour personal care program? We run it under a registered nurse.
  • The truth about the assignment. You'll know the client's condition, the tasks, and the hours before you walk in the door.

What happens after you apply

  1. We call youWithin one business day. A real conversation about the work, the hours, and the pay.
  2. Interview and skills reviewIn our Buckhead office or by video. A registered nurse walks through the competency checklist for your role.
  3. CredentialingFingerprint background check through GCHEXS (we submit it), TB screening (we arrange it), two reference checks, and license or certification verification.
  4. Paid orientation, then your first matchYou complete orientation before any client contact, then we pair you with a family whose needs fit what you do best.
